Locke has been very responsive to our calls which included getting an estimate for a heat pump for our forced air system to provide air conditioning. Their price was $2000 less than the Home Depot installer. That installation went very well with no surprises. Today it was 100 degrees and our AC was not keeping up with the heat. I called in the morning and Brock came out in the afternoon and added more refrigerant in just a few minutes. We live almost 50 miles from their location and we appreciate their rapid response in our rural area. - Robert F.
